Being able to meet your clients’ fitness goals is paramount to exercise adherence. This comes down to being able to design a programme of structured activities that can meet the client’s needs. In this one-day course you’ll learn how to write exercise programmes for any level of client and how to progress a client on to the next level by manipulating training variables.
By the end of this course you’ll be able to:
· Perform a client needs analysis and use goal setting techniques
· Write client-specific training plans for any level of fitness, to include resistance and cardiovascular exercise

Boxing Fundamentals and Advanced (Level 1 and 2 combined). This one day course teaches you the fundamentals of boxing for fitness and is perfect for personal trainers wanting to expand their repertoire of skills to use with clients.

· Instruct correct punching and pad holding techniques
· Deliver boxing for fitness workouts in one-to-one and small group scenarios

Kettlebell training combines cardiovascular, flexibility and strength fitness, all into one. Unlike using dumbbells, the kettlebell’s centre of mass is positioned away from the grip. This makes it suitable for ballistic activities such as swinging and jumping.
